人力资源管理系成立于2000年。现有教师16名，其中教授6名，副教授8名，讲师2名。具有博士学位的教师占76%。博士生导师3名。设有劳动经济学博士点,劳动经济学和人口、资源与环境经济学硕士点。确立培养具有扎实专业理论素养和综合专业技能的创新型复合专业人才为目标，形成“五位一体”综合素质和专业技能的培养模式和特色。
The Department of Human Resource Management was founded in 2000. Among the 16 teachers there are 6 professors, 8 associate professors and 2 lectures, 76% of them have doctoral degrees, 3 of whom are doctoral supervisors. The department has the right to take in doctoral candidates of labour economics and graduates of labour economics and population, resource and environmental economics. The faculty of the Department is working hard for training inter-disciplinary talents with good innovation capacity, solid theoretical knowledge and comprehensive professional skills for the enterprises, governments and institutions.
