信息管理系成立于1993年，并于1994年开始招收本科生。现有教师11人，其中教授5人，副教授4人，有9人具有博士学位，2人正在攻读博士学位。设有图书馆学和情报学硕士点，设有信息管理与信息系统本科专业。本科专业的优势和亮点是公共信息管理，硕士专业的优势和亮点是研究生科研能力的培养。
The Department of Information Management was founded in 1993 and began to take in undergraduates in 1994.There are 11 full-time teachers, among whom 5 are professors, 4 are associate professors. Among these teachers 9 are doctors, and the other 2 teachers are doctoral candidates. The department has the right to take in graduates of library science and informatics, and undergraduates of information management and information system. The highlight and advantage of undergraduate program lies inpublic information management, and that of master’s program rests in fostering the ability of scientific research.
